Embarking on a journey rooted in passion, my love for creating found its origin in the heart of my family's factory space, where I was immersed in the vibrant world of fabric and design.

With extensive experience as a production manager and designer, I witnessed the evolving landscape of the apparel industry and it sparked the inception of Greté (greh-teh). My career has always centered around discovering and building relationships with factories throughout Los Angeles. This perspective revealed a reality where machinists are overworked and compensated by piece, while factory owners and brands prioritize profit over ethical labor practices. As a first-generation Latina, the relationships I've cultivated on this journey hold a deep significance to me. They have served as the driving force behind our mission to establish a space that not only values sustainability but actively encourages change.

At Greté, we cherish the value of every project, irrespective of its size. We have a no Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) policy all the while maintaining competitive pricing and reasonable turn around times. We recognize the importance of making high quality sustainable apparel accessible to all, striving to reduce carbon footprints and overproduction in the industry.

My dedication extends beyond the realm of design—I'm an advocate for workers’ rights and serve as a bridge between clients and Spanish-speaking employees, promoting inclusivity and effective communication. We offer hourly wages and provide a professional environment that respects the well-being and dignity of every machinist. Through our vertically integrated facility, we are redefining the industry narrative, committed to ethical practices throughout the supply chain, ensuring transparency and accountability every step of the way.
